Warranty Policy
✔️ Our products are covered by a 2-day warranty for factory defects.
✔️ An invoice number from mrmoto.ae is required to process warranty claims.
Return Policy
✔️ You may request a refund or exchange within 2 days of purchasing the product. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
✔️ Refunds or exchanges are only applicable to products with:
- Factory defects
- Packaging errors
✔️ Items must be returned in their original factory packaging to qualify for a refund or return.
Refund Process
✔️ Once your returned item is received, we will notify you via email of the inspection result.
✔️ If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or cash, depending on the circumstances.
✔️ If your refund request is rejected, the product will be returned to your provided address.
Exchange Policy
✔️ We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a defective product, send your request to [email protected].
Warranty Exclusions
The following items are not covered under warranty:
- Tanks
- General Accessories such as coils, batteries, chargers, replacement glass, etc.
Warranty will also be voided if the product shows signs of:
- Misuse or improper handling
- Scratches, drops, or physical damage
- Battery or charger misuse
- Tampering or repairs attempted by unauthorized individuals
- Missing or altered serial numbers
Products Not Eligible for Refund or Return
- E-Liquids: Due to the subjective nature of taste, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for e-juices, whether opened or unopened, sealed or unsealed. If an incorrect e-liquid is sent, please contact us to resolve the issue.
Limitation of Liability
Mr. Moto is not responsible for:
- Damage caused by improper usage or maintenance
- Damage resulting from third-party software
- Products opened or repaired by unauthorized personnel
- Products used beyond their intended capabilities
- Any form of injury or damage caused by usage
- Force majeure events
