Delivery Guidelines
✔️ Instant Delivery: We offer fast and efficient delivery services across Dubai, UAE.
✔️ Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 11 PM in Dubai qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day.
✔️ 7-Day Delivery Service: We deliver 7 days a week, excluding public holidays.
✔️ Timely Shipping: We aim to ship your order by noon on the next business day. However, delays may occur due to emergencies or severe weather conditions.
✔️ Delivery Options: Choose between Standard and Express delivery during checkout. Additional fees will be clearly displayed based on your selected service.
✔️ No Signature Required: A signature is not mandatory upon delivery, but please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
✔️ Safe Delivery: While we take all necessary precautions for safe delivery, Mr. Moto is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
✔️ Pre-Orders: Delivery dates for pre-order items will vary. For updates, contact our support team.
✔️ No Address Modifications: Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any applicable refunds will have the original shipping cost deducted.
✔️ Delivery Identification: Please present a valid Emirates ID or Passport at the time of delivery and settle the invoice amount with the courier.
✔️ Age Restriction: Orders can only be placed by individuals aged 18 or above. Underage orders will not be fulfilled and will be refunded.
Delivery Charges
✔️ Standard Delivery: AED 30 for orders below AED 201.
✔️ Free Delivery: Enjoy free shipping for orders totaling AED 201 or more.
✔️ Shipping Promotions: Any promotional offers on shipping apply to Standard delivery only.
